With a combined decade in the federal and state government before transitioning to the private sector, Bo Butler served seven years on Capitol Hill and three years as Chief of Staff to Georgia’s Lt. Governor.
During his time in the U.S. Senate, as a Legislative Assistant, he worked in a bi-partisan effort on issues ranging from healthcare and telecommunication to transportation and foreign relations. As Legislative Director to a Chairman on the House Appropriations Subcommittee, Bo placed a significant amount of his focus on identifying line items in the budget – writing programmatic requests to support entities in the State of Georgia and important to our overall national economy and security.
As Chief of Staff, Bo led the Lt. Governor’s Office in negotiations over the state’s $26 billion annual budget, oversaw the passage of legislation through the Senate Committees, facilitated economic development missions, and worked with the Governor and House of Representatives to perfect legislative priorities important to Georgia’s continued success. His professional and personal relationships with statewide and community leaders has proven to be an invaluable resource to see ideas become reality.
As a former senior advisor, Bo understands the importance of being a trusted resource for legislators and public officials. While the firm’s clients are our top priority, maintaining the trust and respect of policy makers is of the utmost importance to him and the team. As Bo has transitioned to the private sector, he has remained a source for timely and reliable information for decision makers.
Bo has organized and led local grassroots campaigns to statewide campaigns. In addition to leading lobbying efforts and business development strategies for clients, Bo focuses on identifying and structuring investment opportunities in the private sector, both in emerging and traditional markets. He also assists clients with the placement and purchase of federal investment tax credits and state tax credits.
Bo was appointed by the Lt. Governor to serve on the Department of Natural Resources Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Trust Fund as a Board of Trustee, which provides grants for conservation and outdoor recreation projects throughout the state. He is also a member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, Walker County Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Lookout Mountain Recreation Board.
He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where he received a degree in Managerial Finance. He and his wife have two children and reside in Lookout Mountain, Georgia.

George Butler has over 35 years of experience in financial services, having managed a community bank as Chairman, President and CEO. During which time, he held numerous board and committee positions with bank associations, including the American Bankers Association, Georgia Bankers Association, and Community Bankers Association.
George has extensive experience in innovative financing structures. As an Affordable Housing Developer, he has been involved in the development and construction, as well as tax credit syndication, of numerous apartment complexes. As Chairman of both the Downtown Development and Industrial Development Authorities, he has led in structuring tax exempt financing for renovation and new construction projects on many different levels.
He has long played an active role in his community, serving as Chairman of the Gordon State College Foundation, Chairman of the Barnesville Chamber of Commerce, President of the Barnesville Rotary Club, Board Member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, and a participant of Leadership Georgia. Although George has never practiced law as an attorney, he holds a law degree and briefly served as a Municipal Court Judge.
George and his wife, Paulette, split time between Macon and St. Simons, Georgia.

Frank has an extensive background in corporate and legislative affairs. He is an experienced manager and strategic consultant having worked with federal, state, and local leaders as well as national associations and trade organizations to advance legislative policies, including transportation, taxation, appropriations, economic development, regulatory access and facility and project permitting.
Over the last decade, Frank has protected and advanced the interests of Fortune 50 Corporations, institutions and associations earning the respect and confidence of business leaders and public officials across the Southeast. He has significant experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to achieve common goals and support the economic interests of his clients and the public.
Frank enjoys working with outside stake holders, having served as a board member of the State Trucking Associations in the southeast as well as leadership roles with national associations. He also served as a board member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, the Sandy Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Georgia Transportation Alliance, and the Georgia Charter Schools Association as the Board Chairman. He also represented UPS with the Georgia Department of Economic Development Allies program.
Following a 35-year career as Vice President of Corporate Public Affairs managing State, City and Municipal Government relations for UPS in the Southeast, Frank established a government affairs consulting firm representing the interests of the firm’s clients at the state and local level. He also serves as the Executive Director of Clean Cities Georgia and collaborates with other state coalitions to develop internal and legislative priorities at the state and national level. He has successfully applied for and received federal grant funding on behalf of Clean Cities and the coalition’s members.
Frank was appointed by Governor Brian Kemp to serve on the Electric Mobility and Innovation Alliance, helping to shape state policy and grow the electric mobility ecosystem to strengthen Georgia's position in electronification-related manufacturing and innovation. Frank has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. Frank and his wife Debbie, reside in Milton, Georgia. They have three adult children.

Heather is a seasoned executive leader with a relentless drive for excellence and a passion for community engagement. She has a proven track record of transformative leadership across various sectors. With a focus on leveraging her experience, network, and skills, Heather remains poised to drive organizational growth, innovation, and success at the highest leadership level.
As the former Executive Director of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Education Collaborative, Heather orchestrated a strategic realignment, transforming the organization into a full-service talent pipeline portfolio for technology companies. During her tenure at TAG, Heather held several leadership roles, including Director of Economic Development and Vice President of Government Relations. She significantly expanded the association's reach by establishing regional chapters across the state and increasing membership by 300%. Heather's impactful work led to her being honored at the White House as a Champion of Change.
Prior to joining TAG, Heather served in Government Affairs roles for the Georgia Association of Educators and the Georgia Credit Union League, where she spearheaded policy initiatives through various platforms and media outlets and worked to expand PAC fundraising.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in Political Science and International Studies from the State University of New York College at Brockport. Additionally, she pursued coursework as a visiting student at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA.
In her civic engagement, Heather is actively involved in various initiatives and advisory boards, including the AI4GA Advisory Board for Carnegie Mellon University and the Smart Cities & Digital Inclusion Committee for Atlanta Beltline. She volunteers for numerous organizations such as Globe Aware, Hands on Atlanta, and Bead for Life, demonstrating her commitment to community service and social impact.
Heather resides in Cumming, GA, with her husband, Ian, and their two children.
